A Trusted Industry Partner
BARNZ works closely with other aviation and tourism industry groups, as a trusted voice on aviation issues. In recent years BARNZ has been a speaker at the Cruise Association Conference and the Airports Association Conference. We are in regular contact with Tourism Industry Aotearoa and its members. We work closely with the International Aviation Transport Association (IATA) and with other regional aviation groups including Airlines for Australia and New Zealand (A4ANZ) and Board of Airline Representatives Australia (BARA).
BARNZ is a member of several government level entities. We are a member of the Interim Aviation Council (IAC) hosted by the Ministry of Transport, the Security Stewardship Group (SSG) hosted by the Civil Aviation Authority and Sustainable Aviation Aotearoa (SAA) hosted by the Ministry of Transport.
